Now a days we are fortunate to have some conveniences that our ancesters did not have at the time... This assertion may sound a bit cliché, but it is worth reminding of this established fact, at times. It can be motivating to realize it, especially when things are not going the way expected, or when we are experiencing bad moods. To be conscious of it, allows to put things back into perspective. "It turns the clocks back on time", one might say. It works for me.
One convenience that ancesters would have envy us, 21st century descendants, is the advantage of being able to get things without even leaving the compound... Convenient when the weather is not too cooperative or the distance does not allow the journey...
